Royce Stone Capital is able to provide timely solutions  at short notice to help inject immediate liquidity into businesses. We act on two fronts, first is the ability to provide secured business loans where traditional banking is limited. The second is on a transnational front where we provide an underwriting service to allow businesses cheaper access to capital, through traditional banking.

Enabling Businesses

Royce Stone Capital is able to supply businesses with cost effective credit in a timely fashion, where traditional banking is unable to.  We are able to accommodate a range of business loans, providing sufficient security exists.  We support business for short term and medium term loans, ranging from bridging loans, project financing or cash liquidity injections.

Enabling Developers

Royce Stone Capital has developed an underwriting and sales contract service to enable property developers to achieve their pre sales targets. By doing so we allow developers to have access to cheaper sources of credit through traditional banking routes. We typically work with seasoned developers, who have developments in key locations.

We provide liquidity in situations where a businesses ability to operate or grow is impaired by illiiquidity. We have the foresight and experience to determine what blends of equity and debt are best suited for a business' individual circumstances.

When traditional banking doesn't work

  • First Mortgage Secured Loans

    We are able to provide businesses with timely and low cost credit, when a first mortgage is used as security. Businesses are able to use their businesses assets or personal property as security for the loan. Our security and valuations are based on the underlying asset, and not the gross realization value or pre sales achieved.

  • Second Mortgage Secured Loans

    We are able to provide businesses with timely and risk adjusted rates, when a second mortgage is used as security. Businesses are able to use existing equity in their business' assets or personal property as security providing there is sufficient equity. Our security and valuations are based on the underlying core asset, and a clear exit strategy mus be followed.

  • Indisputable Debtor Notes

    We are able to provide businesses with timely and low cost credit, when an indisputable debtor note is used as security. Debtor notes must be indisputable and must be from a large scale debtor.

  • Renouncable Sales Contracts

    We are able to provide developers with an underwriting service to enable them to achieve their pre sales bank obligations, allowing them to gain cheaper credit through banks. This service is comprised of a few elements, and is tailored for each individual circumstance.
